1B's

Well, today was good! I had two 1B's & didn't have to take x-rays on either one so I got them both done pretty quick It was GREAT!!

Sept 18

My patient from last week came back today for scaling. It went well, I got him done & out of hear in 1 1/2 hrs. It was a good boost to my feeling lack of skills.

Sept 11

• Today was my worst day in clinic history! I didn't get to scaling on my am patient & had to reschedule him for next week. He was fine with it but I feel bad for making him come back again. My PM patient had never seen a dentist in his life & so his calculous was very tenacious. It took me an hour to scale 1 quad. Needless to say, he has to come back too. I guess the day wasn't all that bad but I just feel like I should be faster & better than I feel I am right now. I geuss I just need to give myself more time & practice. I think the VA experience is helping Yeah!

Sept 4th

Well, today I just saw 1 patient. My mom was such a good sport. I did all the paperwork in the am & scaled in the pm. It was fun to get back to working in the mouth.

Aug 28

The summer flew by way too fast. I have mixed emotions about coming back. It will be good to get done though. I have a feeling it will take a while to get back into the swing of things. We'll see how it goes!
