ER Procedures

Gonin over ER Procedures was good today. It was good to learn all the just in case stuff. The only thing that gets me is that we have to take so many steps before we actually start helping the patient. It just seems like it could be done so much more efficiently and quickly. I can understand why only 1 person is in charge of getting all the equipment but by the time she is able to call 911 and then get in to us, the patient has been there for a while. I guess in a real situation things go a little more quickly but still, it seems to take a while. I just hope we never have to see just how long it really takes! See ya on WED!
